What is Play Day?
Play day is a player assessment. All girls that are new registrants or girls moving up in age groups will need to attend.
Play day allows coaches to assess the players abilities. The coaches will use this during the draft process. This allows us to spread the skill level around as evenly as possible to ensure a balanced start for all teams to the best of our ability.
What equipment is required?
All players are required to have a defensive field mask for infield positions. All batters are required to have a full face guard on their helmet.
What kind of bat can I use?
The bat must be a softball bat.
The bat shall be no more than 33 inches (34 inches for Junior/Senior League) in length, not more than two and one-quarter (2 1/4") inches in diameter.
Non-wood bats shall be printed with a BPF (bat performance factor) of 1.20.
NOTE FOR TEE BALL:
Tee Ball may use any bat that is labled as Tee Ball as long as it is not larger than 2 1/4" in diamater.
Bats that have cracks or sharp edges must be removed from play.

Are volunteers or coaches needed?
Our programs rely on volunteer coaches and helpers. If you’re interested in volunteering, you can apply here!
How will I receive updates and announcements?
Most updates are made on our Facebook page. Please be sure to follow our Facebook page. Other communication may include email and text. Please ensure your contact information is accurate so you don’t miss important communications.
Are games played on holidays?
Holiday schedules vary by program. Any planned games or breaks will be communicated in advance.
How are coaches trained or screened?
Coaches are required to complete background checks and training based on organization policies and sport requirements.
What is the organization's code of conduct?
All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to follow our code of conduct to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone. Profanity, arguing with umpires and other spectators, and disrespectful behavior are not acceptable and may result in removal from the premesis and the program.
What size ball do the players use?
4u uses a soft safety ball.
6u-10u use an 11" ball.
12u & up use a 12" ball.
How do I register my child for a program?
Registration is completed online through our website. Simply select the desired program, complete the required information, and submit payment to secure your spot.
What is the age cutoff?
The system will automatically select your daughters age division based on her birthday.
Fall League will use the NCS age regulations.
Your daughter will play in the division based on her age on Aug 31, 26.
ie if she is 10 on Aug 31, 26 she is league age 10 and she will play 10u.
What division do I choose?
The system will automatically select your daughters age division based on her birthday.
The divisions are set by league age:
The players league age is determined by their age on August 31.
If a player is 10 on August 31 she is league age 10 and will play in 10u.
If she is 8 on August 31 she will be league age 8 and play in 8u.
The age available age divisions are:
4u - Ages 3 and 4
6u - Ages 5 & 6
8u - Ages 7 & 8
10u - Ages 9 & 10
12u - Ages 11 & 12
15u - Ages 13 - 15
Players may play up an age group but they cannot play down. Meaning an 8 year old may play 10u if she chooses but a league age 9 cannot play in 8u.
Does my child need experience?
No, we welcome players of all levels of experience and they will learn the game from experienced coaches and staff.
How often do you practice?
For most teams, practice is twice a week.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
Refund policies vary by circumstances. In general, refunds may be available before the season begins, minus any jerseys, administrative or processing fees.

Our team will respond as quickly as possible during regular business hours.
What day will games be played on?
Most games are played during the week. Opening season and end of season tournaments may be on weekends.
Offical game days are set after registration ends and all teams are formed.
What day(s) are practices on?
Practices days are set by individual coaches afer teams are formed. Most coaches hold 2 practices a week. Your coach will contact you after teams are formed to inform you of practice days and times.
