Parent jerseys will feature your player’s matching jersey number on the back along with a custom name of your choice.

Please note: jersey numbers cannot be selected or changed.

Before submitting your order, please carefully review all information entered.

To help prevent errors,

 TYSA does not manually alter or edit ANY submitted information.

All details are copied, pasted and printed EXACTLY as provided.

If a name is entered with lowercase letters, it will be printed with lowercase letters.

If a word is misspelled, it will be printed as submitted.

Due to the custom nature of these jerseys, we are unable to offer refunds or reprints for misspellings, incorrect information, or other errors made during the ordering process.

Please also review the size chart carefully before ordering. Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for incorrect sizes selected by the customer.
